Your rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You must inform us of your decision within this period.

How to request a refund or return

Contact us by email at help@phimlorethak.world with your order details and reason. We will respond with instructions for returning the product if applicable.

Conditions

• Products must be returned in original, unused condition where possible.
• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after we receive and verify the return.
• Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless otherwise required by law or agreed.

Processing

Once we approve the return, we will refund the payment using the same method you used, unless you agree otherwise. Refunds may take several business days to appear.
